Gallipoli is worth a visit in any month of the year. For the sea and the full nightlife, the high season runs from June 20th to August 31st: Baia Verde is at its peak. For those who want to enjoy Salento in peace, April, May and the second half of September offer a still warm sea with more affordable prices. From October to March prices are the most advantageous of the year: ideal for discovering local traditions, Christmas markets and an authentic Gallipoli. In none of our areas do you need a car for daily life. In Baia Verde beaches, beach clubs and nightclubs are all within walking distance: no parking, no evening stress. In Lido San Giovanni you have everything within 250 meters: beach, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, gas station, hairdresser, laundry and the supermarket. For young people, Parco Gondar is also within walking distance. Those who book in the city center, on the other hand, often find themselves far from the sea, dependent on the car and dealing with the summer traffic of Gallipoli.
